Session by session support
All our initial consultations include a tailored meal plan, at no extra cost. The initial consultation will include an in-depth chat about your goals, past experience, current health and habits.
We will then go about discussing the best path forward, with a personalised meal plan and recipes provided. Depending on your situation, we usually recommend a review at two weeks, to discuss your experience with the plan, and progress towards your goal. We are always looking to improve the plan to better suit your lifestyle.

Weight loss programs
These are designed for those looking for a higher level of support, with longer-term goals in mind.
You can choose between the Starter program (including 5 one-on-one sessions) or Thorough program (including 10 sessions). Sessions are spaced two weeks apart, with email support provided between appointments.
Both packages come with a personalised eating plan, recipes, full email support, and free copy of the book The Simple Eating Revolution.
Starter program cost: $335 (total value of $445)
