David Finnin founded Diet For You in 2012 and since has built a respected reputation across Adelaide for providing exceptional care. Having worked with thousands of clients in private and clinical settings, he offers rich experience with a passion for people and health. Published in 2021, The Simple Eating Revolution was authored by David revealing his refreshingly simple & sustainable philosophy to healthy eating. David is ready to help you, no matter your starting point.
